1. Acceptance

By using the K3M platform (web application, iOS app, and Apple Watch app), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

K3M is a driver management and compliance platform. Access is provided to authorised users of K³Moves and its clients. This is not a consumer-facing service.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your login details. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact your administrator immediately.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use K3M only for its intended purpose. You must not attempt to access accounts belonging to others, circumvent security measures, or use the platform for unlawful purposes.

5. Data and Privacy

Your use of K3M is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you consent to the collection and processing of data as described therein.

6. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from the mobile app. Deleted accounts are deactivated immediately and permanently removed after 90 days. Administrators may restore accounts within this period.

7. Limitation of Liability

K3M is provided "as is" without warranty. K³Moves shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of K3M after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
